Answer: We just have to follow these basic steps.
Open the Anaconda Navigator
Select the Environment tab on the top left corner
Click on Create button on the bottom left corner
Rename the new Environment "TensorFlow"
Select the desirable python version to install packages for TensorFlow
Select the not install option from the drop-down menu at the upper bar and search for TensorFlow and keras
Install both (one after the other)

Firstly, we have to find the available python versions using the command as "Conda search python"
Then, from the available versions select one of your choices, i.e., "conda install python=3.5.0"

conda create --name python3.6.5 python=3.6.5 anaconda
You can run it this way, so each version of python has its own anaconda environment (this will install all of anaconda's default packages in this environment as well)
